‎أعلن مكتب الممثل الأعلى للشؤون الخارجية للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC) عن خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى تعزيز الحضور المؤسسي والحقوقي، متضمنةً المرتكزات الرئيسية التالية:
‎

‎إنشاء المنتدى السياسي رفيع المستوى INHR: سيتم افتتاح فرع جديد للمنتدى يغطي مناطق الشمال، بيروت، وجبل لبنان، وذلك ضمن مكاتب خاصة تابعة للوكالة لضمان فعالية التنسيق والمتابعة مباشرةً مع المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان IHRC المعتمد من الأمم المتحدة بصفة خاصة إيكوسوك.

‎الهيكلية الشاملة: ستعمل كافة الأنشطة والوحدات التابعة للمجلس في لبنان وفق منظومة الهيكلية العليا لضمان التكامل المؤسسي وتوحيد المعايير الحقوقية والعملية.

‎القطاع التربوي والتطوير: سيتم إطلاق خطة متكاملة لتنشيط القطاع التربوي بالتنسيق مع المدير الإقليمي الأستاذ فادي عزام، استناداً إلى خبرته الواسعة التي تزيد عن 26 عاماً من الخدمة الفعلية في هيئات الأمم المتحدة.

‎The Office of the High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC) announced a strategic step aimed at strengthening its institutional and human rights presence, including the following key pillars:
‎
‎Establishment of the (INHR) High-Level Political Forum : A new branch of the Forum will be opened, covering the North, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon regions, within dedicated offices of the Agency to ensure effective coordination and follow-up directly with the International Human Rights Council IHRC accredited with the United Nations in Special Status.

‎Comprehensive Structure: All activities and units of the Council in Lebanon will operate within the framework of the IHRC’s overarching structure to ensure institutional integration and the standardization of human rights and operational procedures.
‎
‎Education and Development Sector: A comprehensive plan will be launched to revitalize the education sector in coordination with Regional Director Fadi Azzam, drawing on his extensive experience of over 26 years of active service with United Nations agencies.
