The Office of the Prosecutor welcomes today’s judgment in the case of The Prosecutor v. Mahamat Said Abdel Kani, in which the Trial Chamber found Mr Said guilty of multiple acts constituting crimes against humanity. This judgment represents a significant achievement for the victims, and an end to impunity.
