‎The International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR), accredited by the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Nizar Issa as Head of the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) for Australia.
‎
‎In this capacity, Mr. Issa will represent INHR in matters related to the HLPF framework and will contribute to strengthening engagement, dialogue, and cooperation concerning human rights, sustainable development, and international affairs within the Australian context.
‎
‎In addition to his HLPF responsibilities, Mr. Issa is mandated to follow Lebanon Affairs, with particular focus on the political, human rights, and knowledge dimensions. His role will include monitoring relevant developments, following issues of international and regional significance, and supporting the preparation and communication of relevant reports and assessments to the competent INHR and IHRC structures.

‎This appointment reflects INHR’s continued commitment to strengthening its international representation, advancing human-rights principles, and developing informed channels of dialogue between Australia, Lebanon, and the wider international community.

‎يسرّ وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (INHR)، المعتمدة من المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC)، أن تعلن رسمياً عن تعيين السيد نزار عيسى رئيساً لملف المنتدى السياسي الرفيع المستوى للأمم المتحدة (HLPF) في أستراليا.

‎ويأتي هذا التعيين في إطار تعزيز حضور الوكالة ومتابعتها للملفات الدولية المرتبطة بحقوق الإنسان والتنمية المستدامة والحوار الدولي، حيث سيتولى السيد عيسى متابعة الملفات ذات الصلة بالـHLPF، والمساهمة في تطوير قنوات التواصل والتعاون ضمن الإطار الدولي المختص.

‎كما يتولى السيد عيسى، بموجب هذا التكليف، متابعة الشؤون اللبنانية، مع التركيز بصورة خاصة على الجانب السياسي وحقوق الإنسان ومجالات المعرفة والدراسات، بما يشمل رصد التطورات ذات الصلة، وإعداد ومتابعة الملفات والتقارير والمعلومات التي تهم الوكالة والمجلس، ورفعها إلى الجهات المختصة ضمن هيكليتي INHR وIHRC.

‎ويعكس هذا التعيين توجه INHR نحو تعزيز التمثيل الدولي المتخصص، وتطوير آليات المتابعة والتحليل في القضايا الحقوقية والسياسية، ودعم التواصل البنّاء بين أستراليا ولبنان والمجتمع الدولي، بما يخدم مبادئ حقوق الإنسان والتنمية المستدامة والحوار الدولي.
