In an intervention by the Director of the International News Agency for Human Rights, Haissam Bou-Said, on the Agency’s official YouTube channel, he stated that the situation in southern Syria has significantly deteriorated as a result of violations and structural changes carried out by groups affiliated with the current authorities against civilians.

‎He added that these violations are grave in nature and carry a repressive character that may, in some aspects, be even more dangerous than the crimes committed under the former regime. He stressed that religion has become the underlying criterion for many of these transgressions, as certain groups—under the direction of officials who are fully aware of the consequences—allegedly issue such orders behind closed doors, imposing measures that target segments of the civilian population.

‎في مداخلة لمدير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، عبر قناة الوكالة على موقع يوتيوب، أشار إلى أن الوضع في الجنوب السوري يشهد تدهوراً ملحوظاً نتيجة الانتهاكات والتعديلات التي تقوم بها مجموعات تابعة للسلطات الحالية بحق المدنيين في سوريا.

‎وأضاف أن هذه الانتهاكات جسيمة وتحمل طابعاً قمعياً، وقد تكون في بعض جوانبها أكثر خطورة من الجرائم التي ارتكبها النظام السابق، لافتاً إلى أن الدين أصبح معياراً لبعض هذه التعديات، حيث تصدر أوامر – بحسب تعبيره – في “الغرف السوداء” من قبل مسؤولين يدركون تماماً خطورة ما يقومون به، مما يفاقم حالة الاحتقان والانقسام ويعرض السلم الأهلي لمخاطر جدية.
