أكد الممثل الأعلى للشؤون الخارجية للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان IHRC المعتمد من الأمم المتحدة بصفة خاصة إيكوسوك ورئيس بعثتها إلى جنيف هيثم بو سعيد أن مكتب فرع أميركا لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والمجلس معاً، بإدارة الدكتور بارنهارت المرشح منذ يومين، سيكون له دور إضافي في التنسيق المباشر مع فروع المجلس في مختلف الدول الأفريقية، وذلك في شتى المجالات، إلى جانب التركيز بصورة أساسية على البرنامج التعليمي في الدرجة الأولى.
وأضاف الدكتور بو سعيد أن هناك توجهاً لترشيح منسق خاص من قبل دائرة العلاقات الخارجية، تكون مهمته متابعة جميع التفاصيل والتطبيقات المتعلقة بهذا التعاون وآليات تنفيذه بين الفروع المختلفة، بما يعزز العمل المؤسساتي والتنسيق الدولي للمجلس.
Dr. Bou Said: IHRC America Office to Coordinate With African Branches
The High Representative for External Affairs of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), accredited by the United Nations under special ECOSOC consultative status, and Head of its Mission to Geneva, Haitham Bou Said, confirmed that the America Office of the International Human Rights News Agency and the Council jointly, under the administration of Dr. Barnhart, who was nominated two days ago, will assume an additional role in direct coordination with the Council’s branches across African countries in various fields, with a primary focus on educational programs.
Dr. Bou Said added that a special coordinator will be nominated by the Department of Foreign Relations to oversee all details, follow-up procedures, and implementation mechanisms related to this cooperation, in a way that strengthens institutional work and international coordination among the Council’s branches.
