عقد الممثل الأعلى للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان في الأمم المتحدة – جنيف، السفير الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، اجتماعًا مع مدير مكتبه الدكتور رامي فواز وأعضاء الهيئة الاستشارية التابعة له، بحضور الدكتور عبدالرحيم ملحم، مدير مكتب ميلانو في إيطاليا، والسيد نزار عيسى، مدير مكتب أستراليا.

استُهلّ الاجتماع بعرضٍ قدّمه السيد نزار عيسى والدكتور عبدالرحيم ملحم حول خطط العمل لجهة خطة التوعية والمشروع الأول الذي يعتزم إطلاقه فور اكتمال تشكيل الأعضاء. وقد تناول العرض الهيكلية التأسيسية للمكتب والأدوار التنظيمية الواجب اعتمادها خلال المرحلة المقبلة، بما في ذلك آليات الربط بين المكاتب في المدن المختلفة وتنظيم المهمات وتحديد الأولويات، وتقرر افتتاح المكتب الأول في ميلانو – إيطاليا نهاية الشهر الجاري، يلي ذلك افتتاح مكاتب في دول اخرى أوروبية.

وفي ختام الاجتماع، أكدوا التزامهم الكامل بإنجاح الأعمال وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة وفقًا لتوجيهات الإدارة العليا.

The High Representative of the International Council for Human Rights at the United Nations in Geneva, Ambassador Dr. Haitham Bou Said, held a meeting with his Office Director, Dr. Rami Fawaz, and members of his Advisory Board. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdul Rahim Melhem, Director of the Milan Office in Italy, and Mr. Nizar Issa, Director of the Australia Office.

The meeting began with a presentation by Mr. Nizar Issa and Dr. Abdul Rahim Melhem on the work plans for the awareness-raising plan and the first project to be launched once the membership is fully formed. The presentation addressed the office’s founding structure and the organizational roles to be adopted during the next phase, including mechanisms for linking offices in different cities, organizing tasks, and setting priorities. It was decided to open the first office in Milan, Italy, at the end of this month, followed by the opening of offices in other European countries.

At the conclusion of the meeting, they affirmed their full commitment to the success of the work and achieving the desired goals, in accordance with the directives of senior management.
