يعرب المكتب الإعلامي لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان عن تثمينه العميق للدور المتنامي الذي تضطلع به الوكالة في متابعة الملفات الحقوقية والإعلامية على المستوى الدولي، مؤكدًا أن مكتب الوكالة في جنيف يواصل أداء مهامه وفق أعلى المعايير المهنية والدبلوماسية المعتمدة لدى المؤسسات الدولية.
ويؤكد المكتب أن وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان تستقبل، عبر مكتبها في جنيف، جميع المراسلات الرسمية المتعلقة بالقضايا الحقوقية، والملفات الإعلامية، والموضوعات ذات الصلة المباشرة أو غير المباشرة بمجال حقوق الإنسان. كما يضع المكتب نفسه في خدمة البعثات الدبلوماسية، والمنظمات الأممية، والمؤسسات الحكومية، والهيئات المدنية، بهدف تعزيز التواصل الدولي، وتسهيل متابعة الشكاوى، وتفعيل الآليات المتعلقة بالحقوق والموجبات القانونية وفق الأطر المعتمدة.
وتشدد الوكالة على أن عملها يقوم على مبادئ الحياد، الشفافية، واحترام القواعد الدولية، مع الحرص على دعم مسارات العدالة، وتمكين الجهات المعنية من الوصول إلى المعلومات والوثائق اللازمة لمعالجة القضايا ذات البعد الحقوقي.

The Office emphasizes that the Agency’s Geneva Office continues to carry out its mandate in full compliance with the highest professional and diplomatic standards recognized by international institutions.
The Agency confirms that, through its Geneva Office, it receives all official communications pertaining to human rights matters, media-related issues, and topics that are directly or indirectly linked to the field of human rights. The Office places its full capacities at the service of diplomatic missions, UN bodies, governmental institutions, and civil organizations, with the aim of strengthening international communication, facilitating the follow-up of complaints, and activating mechanisms related to rights and legal obligations in accordance with established international frameworks.
