بو سعيد: هناك محاولات لتحويل النظام السوري الجديد إلى شريك وظيفي ضمن ترتيبات إقليمية

رأى الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، مدير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، أن هناك دولاً تسعى إلى تحويل النظام السوري الجديد بقيادة أحمد الشرع المعروف بـ«الجولاني» إلى شريك وظيفي ضمن ترتيباتها الإقليمية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
وأضاف بو سعيد، في مداخلة للوكالة، أن من بين السيناريوهات التي يجري التداول حولها إعادة صياغة الجغرافيا السياسية لسوريا وبعض الدول الأخرى عبر إنشاء إدارات مركزية متعددة أو صيغ حكم مجزّأة تكون مرتبطة بمراكز نفوذ خارجية، بما يسمح بإدارة المشهد الإقليمي عن بُعد والتحكم بمفاصله.
وأشار إلى أن هذا الطرح ليس جديداً، قائلاً إن الهدف من إعادة التذكير به هو التنبيه إلى مخططات سبق الحديث عنها، “علّ أحدهم نسي هذا الأمر”، مؤكداً أن قراءة التطورات الإقليمية تتطلب متابعة دقيقة لأي مشاريع قد تؤثر على سيادة الدول ووحدة أراضيها.
Dr. Haissam Bou Said, Director of the International News Agency for Human Rights, stated that some countries are seeking to transform the new Syrian government, led by Ahmed al-Sharaa, known as “Al-Jolani,” into a functional partner within their regional arrangements in the Middle East.
In a statement to the agency, Bou Saeed added that among the scenarios being discussed is the reshaping of the geopolitical landscape of Syria and some other countries through the establishment of multiple central administrations or fragmented governance models linked to external centers of influence, allowing the regional scene to be managed remotely and its key elements controlled.
He noted that this proposal is not new, saying that the purpose of bringing it up again is to draw attention to plans that had previously been discussed, “perhaps someone has forgotten about this matter,” stressing that understanding regional developments requires close monitoring of any projects that could affect the sovereignty of states and the unity of their territories.
