وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (INHR) ستُنشئ قريبا وحدتين في العراق وليبيريا
INHR to Establish New Units in Iraq and Liberia
أعلن مدير عام ورئيس تحرير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، أن الوكالة تواصل تنفيذ خطتها الرامية إلى توسيع حضورها الإعلامي والحقوقي على المستوى الدولي، مؤكداً أنها بصدد إنشاء وحدتين جديدتين في كل من العراق وليبيريا خلال الفترة القريبة المقبلة.
وأوضح د. بو سعيد أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار استراتيجية الوكالة لتعزيز شبكة مراسليها ومكاتبها الإقليمية، بما يساهم في توثيق ومتابعة قضايا حقوق الإنسان، ورصد الانتهاكات، وإعداد التقارير والمواد الإعلامية وفق المعايير المهنية والدولية.
وأضاف أن الأستاذ منتظر عديل قد تم ترشيحه لتولي مسؤولية وحدة الوكالة في العراق، مشيراً إلى أنه سيتم خلال المرحلة المقبلة استكمال الإجراءات التنظيمية والإدارية، ووضع برنامج عمل متكامل لإطلاق نشاط الوحدة، بما يشمل بناء فريق إعلامي وحقوقي، وتعزيز التعاون مع المؤسسات الوطنية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، على أن يتم إعلان الاسم المتعلق بليبيريا قريباً.
وأكد د. بو سعيد أن افتتاح الوحدتين في العراق وليبيريا يمثل خطوة جديدة ضمن رؤية الوكالة الرامية إلى توسيع حضورها في مختلف المناطق، بما يعزز رسالتها في الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، ونقل الحقائق بمهنية واستقلالية، وترسيخ ثقافة العدالة وسيادة القانون على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي.
The Director General and Editor-in-Chief of the International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR), Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, announced that the Agency is continuing to expand its international media and human rights presence through the establishment of two new operational units in Iraq and Liberia in the near future.
Dr. Bou-Said stated that this initiative is part of the Agency’s strategic plan to strengthen its regional and international network, enhance its capacity to monitor and document human rights developments, and provide professional, independent, and credible reporting in accordance with international journalistic and human rights standards.
He further confirmed that Mr. Muntadher Adeel has been nominated to lead the Agency’s Iraq Unit. The necessary administrative and organizational procedures will be completed in the coming period, followed by the implementation of a comprehensive operational program to officially launch the unit. The program will include the formation of a professional media and human rights team, the development of reporting mechanisms, and the establishment of partnerships with relevant national institutions and civil society organizations, as the nomination for Liberia shall be declared later upon confirmation.
Dr. Bou-Said emphasized that the launch of the Iraq and Liberia units represents another important milestone in INHR’s global expansion strategy, reinforcing its commitment to promoting human rights, documenting violations objectively, supporting the rule of law, and delivering reliable information that serves justice and human dignity worldwide.
