د. بو سعيد لوكالة الأنباء: تعيين البرلمان بالكامل يُسقط شرعية الدولة؛ والنظام الجهادي في سوريا يُهدد استقرار المنطقة
Dr. Bou-Said to INHR: Fully Appointed Parliament Undermines State Legitimacy, and Syria’s Jihadist Regime Threatens Regional Stability
في مداخلة مع مدير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في القاهرة، الأستاذ محمد طعيمة، أكد مدير عام ورئيس تحرير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، أن ما تشهده سوريا اليوم يمثل سابقة خطيرة في مفهوم بناء الدولة ومؤسساتها.
وقال د. بو سعيد إنه “لم نشهد في التاريخ الحضاري للدول التي تحترم نفسها وشعوبها ومجتمعاتها قيام سلطة بتعيين أعضاء مجلس الشعب بالكامل، في خطوة تعكس أسلوباً قائماً على الالتواء والتذاكي المكشوف، بعيداً عن أي معايير ديمقراطية أو تمثيل شعبي حقيقي.”
وأضاف أن “سوريا اليوم ليست دولة بمفهومها المؤسسي، وإنما تحولت إلى ساحة يغلب عليها منطق القوة والسلاح، بما يشبه شريعة الغاب، وهو واقع ستكون له انعكاسات سلبية على أمن واستقرار المنطقة، وقد يعرقل مسيرة التقدم التي تشهدها دول الخليج.”
وشدد د. بو سعيد على ضرورة التعامل مع القضايا الإقليمية بقدر كبير من الوعي والمسؤولية، مشيراً إلى أن “النظام الجهادي الحالي في سوريا يشكل خطراً حقيقياً على معظم دول الخليج، كما يمثل تحدياً لتركيا إذا ما أخذنا بعين الاعتبار طبيعة نظامها العلماني.”
وختم بالقول إن البعض قد يعتقد بوجود تقارب ظاهري بين بعض الأطراف، إلا أن “الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي ومسار تطور المجتمعات يكشفان اختلافات جوهرية وواضحة لا يمكن تجاهلها.”
During an intervention with Mr. Mohamed Toaima, Director of the International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) in Cairo, Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, Director-General and Editor-in-Chief of the International News Agency for Human Rights, stated that the current developments in Syria represent a dangerous precedent in the concept of state-building and institutional governance.
Dr. Bou-Said said, “Throughout the history of civilized nations that respect their people and institutions, we have not witnessed a state appointing all members of its parliament. Such a move reflects an obvious attempt to circumvent democratic principles and genuine popular representation.”
He added that “Syria today can no longer be viewed as a functioning state in the institutional sense. Rather, it has become an arena dominated by the rule of force and weapons, resembling the law of the jungle. This reality poses serious consequences for regional security and could undermine the progress achieved by the Gulf states.”
Dr. Bou-Said stressed the importance of approaching regional issues with responsibility and strategic awareness, noting that “the current jihadist regime in Syria constitutes a real threat to most Gulf countries and also represents a challenge to Turkey, particularly considering the secular nature of its political system.”
He concluded by stating that while some observers may perceive a superficial convergence between certain actors, “the social and political realities, as well as the trajectory of societal development, reveal profound and unmistakable differences that cannot be ignored.”
