بتوجيه من الممثل الأعلى للشؤون الخارجية في المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC)، ورئيس بعثته إلى جنيف، الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، عُقد اجتماع تنسيقي في مركز MC بمدينة طرابلس، ضمّ رئيسة مركز ماجدة العيادي التربوي MC ورئيسة وحدة برنامج نموذج الأمم المتحدة (MUN) في لبنان الدكتورة ماجدة شعراني منلا، ورئيس وحدة MUN في لبنان الدكتور باسل الحاج، والدكتور محمد سلطان، والسيدة نعمات أكومة.
وخُصص الاجتماع لمناقشة مذكرة التفاهم التي سيتم توقيعها يوم السبت المقبل، والتي تؤسس لإطلاق المركز الدولي لخبراء حقوق الإنسان ووكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، ليعمل تحت مظلة المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC)، في إطار رؤيته الرامية إلى تطوير التعليم والتدريب المتخصص في مجالات حقوق الإنسان، وبناء القدرات، والتنمية المستدامة.
وسيتولى المركز تنظيم برامج نموذج الأمم المتحدة الأكاديمي (MUN) بمستوياته الخمسة، إلى جانب تقديم دورات تدريبية متخصصة وورش عمل مفتوحة للمشاركين من لبنان ومختلف الدول العربية، في مجالات حقوق الإنسان، والقانون الدولي، والتنمية البشرية، والقيادة، والمهارات الدبلوماسية.
وأكد المجتمعون أن إنشاء هذا المركز يشكل خطوة نوعية في مسار إعداد خبراء ومتخصصين وفق المعايير الدولية، وتعزيز ثقافة حقوق الإنسان، وترسيخ الشراكات الأكاديمية والتدريبية بين المؤسسات التعليمية والمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، بما يواكب التطورات الدولية ويخدم المجتمعات في المنطقة.
Under the guidance of the High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC) and Head of its Mission to Geneva, Dr. Haitham Bou Said, a coordination meeting was held at the MC Center in Tripoli. The meeting included the Head of the Majida Ayadi Educational Center (MC) and Head of the Model United Nations (MUN) Program Unit in Lebanon, Dr. Majida Shaarani Mulla, the Head of the MUN Unit in Lebanon, Dr. Bassel Al-Hajj, Dr. Mohamed Sultan, and Ms. Naamat Akouma.
The meeting was dedicated to discussing the Memorandum of Understanding, to be signed next Saturday, which establishes the International Center for Human Rights Experts and the International Human Rights News Agency. The Center will operate under the umbrella of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), in line with its vision to develop specialized education and training in the fields of human rights, capacity building, and sustainable development.
The International Human Rights News Agency (IHRA) will operate under the auspices of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), as part of its vision to develop education and training in the fields of human rights, capacity building, and sustainable development. The center will organize the Model United Nations (MUN) academic programs at all five levels, in addition to offering specialized training courses and open workshops for participants from Lebanon and various Arab countries in the fields of human rights, international law, human development, leadership, and diplomatic skills.
Those present affirmed that the establishment of this center represents a significant step towards preparing experts and specialists according to international standards, promoting a culture of human rights, and strengthening academic and training partnerships between educational institutions and the International Council for Human Rights, thus keeping pace with international developments and serving communities in the region.

Sous l’égide du Haut Représentant pour les affaires étrangères du Conseil international des droits de l’homme (CIDH) et Chef de sa Mission à Genève, le Dr Haitham Bou Said, une réunion de coordination s’est tenue au Centre MC de Tripoli. Étaient présents : le Dr Majida Shaarani Mulla, Directrice du Centre éducatif Majida Ayadi (MC) et Responsable de l’Unité du programme de simulation des Nations Unies (MUN) au Liban ; le Dr Bassel Al-Hajj, Responsable de l’Unité MUN au Liban ; le Dr Mohamed Sultan ; et Mme Naamat Akouma.
La réunion était consacrée à l’examen du mémorandum d’entente, qui sera signé samedi prochain, établissant le Centre international d’experts en droits de l’homme et l’Agence internationale de presse pour les droits de l’homme. Le Centre opérera sous l’égide du Conseil international des droits de l’homme (CIDH), conformément à sa vision de développer l’enseignement et la formation spécialisés dans les domaines des droits humains, du renforcement des capacités et du développement durable.
L’Agence internationale de presse pour les droits de l’homme (AIPDH) opérera également sous l’égide du Conseil international des droits de l’homme (CIDH), dans le cadre de sa vision de développer l’enseignement et la formation dans les domaines des droits humains, du renforcement des capacités et du développement durable. Le Centre organisera les programmes académiques de simulation des Nations Unies (MUN) à tous les niveaux, et proposera des formations spécialisées et des ateliers ouverts aux participants du Liban et de divers pays arabes dans les domaines des droits humains, du droit international, du développement humain, du leadership et des compétences diplomatiques.
Les participants ont affirmé que la création de ce centre représente une avancée significative vers la formation d’experts et de spécialistes répondant aux normes internationales, la promotion d’une culture des droits humains et le renforcement des partenariats académiques et de formation entre les établissements d’enseignement et le Conseil international des droits de l’homme, permettant ainsi de suivre l’évolution internationale et de servir les communautés de la région.
