شهدت مدينة طرابلس – لبنان، مراسم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم وتعاون بين وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (INHR) ومركز ماجدة العيادي التربوي، بهدف تعزيز التعاون في مجالات التدريب ونشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان.
وقد وقع المذكرة الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، الممثل الأعلى للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC) والمشرف العام على وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، مع الدكتورة ماجدة شعراني منلا، رئيسة مركز ماجدة العيادي التربوي، وبحضور الدكتور باسل الحاج، مسؤول وحدة نموذج الأمم المتحدة (MUN).
وتنص مذكرة التفاهم على إنشاء إطار تعاون تدريبي تحت مسمى “مركز خبراء التدريب على حقوق الإنسان”، ليكون منصة متخصصة في إعداد وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وتطوير القدرات الأكاديمية والمهنية.
وحضر مراسم التوقيع كل من السيد كمال أبو الحسن، والدكتور محمد سلطان، كما شارك من هيئات المجلس في لبنان كل من السادة: نعمات أكومة، عامر مطر، الدكتورة مايا إبراهيم، جاك مطر، ديانا صفي الدين، محمد إبراهيم، جنان الوزير، عدي حمود، ومازن مفرج.
وسيتولى المركز الإشراف على برامج التدريب في لبنان بالتنسيق مع الهيئات العاملة، إضافة إلى تنظيم البرامج الأكاديمية الخاصة بـ نموذج الأمم المتحدة (MUN) بالتعاون مع الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية في لبنان، بما يسهم في إعداد كوادر متخصصة ونشر مبادئ حقوق الإنسان بين مختلف الفئات.
وفي ختام حفل التوقيع، أعرب الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد عن تمنياته بالتوفيق لجميع العاملين في المركز، مؤكداً دعم وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان لكل المبادرات التي تسهم في نشر الوعي وتعزيز ثقافة حقوق الإنسان وترسيخ قيم العدالة والسلام.
The International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) and the Magda Al-Ayadi Educational Center have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation in the fields of human rights education, training, and capacity-building.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, High Representative of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC) and General Supervisor of the International News Agency for Human Rights, together with Dr. Magda Shaarani Menla, President of the Magda Al-Ayadi Educational Center, in the presence of Dr. Basel Al-Hajj, Head of the Model United Nations (MUN) Unit.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding, both parties agreed to establish a joint training framework under the title “Human Rights Training Experts Center.” The Center will serve as a specialized platform dedicated to developing and delivering professional training programs in the field of human rights and strengthening institutional and academic capacities.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Kamal Abu Al-Hassan, Dr. Mohammad Sultan, and members of the IHRC bodies in Lebanon, including Neamat Akoumeh, Amer Matar, Dr. Maya Ibrahim, Jack Matar, Diana Safi El-Dine, Mohammad Ibrahim, Jenan Al-Wazir, Oday Hammoud, and Mazen Mufrej.
The newly established Center will supervise human rights training programs throughout Lebanon in coordination with the Council’s national bodies and will organize Model United Nations (MUN) academic programs in cooperation with Lebanese universities and higher education institutions.
Following the signing ceremony, Dr. Haissam Bou-Said congratulated all participants and wished them every success in their mission. He reaffirmed the full support of both the International News Agency for Human Rights and the International Human Rights Council for initiatives that promote human rights awareness, education, and a culture of peace, justice, and respect for human dignity.
