وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان: تكليف السيد جاك مطر بإدارة هيئة «الحريات والسلام المجتمعي»
International Human Rights News Agency: Appointment of Mr. Jack Matar to Lead the “Freedom and Community Peace” Authority
أعلنت وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أنَّها تلقّت طلباً رسمياً من عضو المجلس التنفيذي في مجلس حقوق الإنسان الدولي (IHRC)، الأستاذ أديب أسعد، يقضي بتكليف السيد جاك مطر بإدارة الهيئة التابعة له، والمختصة بملف «الحريات والسلام المجتمعي».
وأوضحت الوكالة أن أنشطة الهيئة ستستمر بصورة طبيعية، على أن يتم التنسيق والمتابعة مع نائب المنسق لشؤون الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، السيد شارل أوليفيتا، بما يضمن استمرارية العمل وتطوير البرامج والأنشطة ذات الصلة.
وأشار الأستاذ أديب أسعد إلى أن حجم العمل الإقليمي الكبير الموكَل إليه في إطار هيئته للشؤون البيئية يتطلب تخصيص المزيد من الوقت والجهد، بما يتيح الارتقاء بهذا الملف وأداء المهام الموكلة إليه على أفضل وجه.
وأضاف أن استمرار المسؤوليات الحالية يحتاج إلى جهود مضاعفة، الأمر الذي دفعه إلى إفساح المجال أمام طاقات وكفاءات أخرى للمساهمة في العمل الإداري، بما يعزز توزيع المسؤوليات ويتيح تطوير الملفات المتخصصة ضمن إطار مؤسسي متكامل.
وأكدت الوكالة أن هذا الترتيب يأتي في سياق تعزيز العمل الإداري والتنظيمي، وتفعيل الطاقات والكفاءات، وضمان استمرارية عمل الهيئات والبرامج التابعة للمؤسسة وفق الأطر المعتمدة.
The International Human Rights News Agency (INHR) announced that it has received an official request from Mr. Adeeb Assad, a member of the Executive Council of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), to appoint Mr. Jack Matar to manage the Authority affiliated with his mandate, namely the “Freedom and Community Peace” Authority.
The Agency stated that the Authority’s activities will continue normally, in coordination and follow-up with Mr. Charles Olivetta, Deputy Coordinator for Middle East and Africa Affairs, in order to ensure continuity of work and further develop its relevant programs and activities.
Mr. Adeeb Assad explained that the significant regional workload entrusted to him within his Environmental Affairs Authority requires greater dedication of time and effort to advance this important portfolio and carry out his responsibilities to the highest possible standard.
He further noted that maintaining his current responsibilities requires intensified efforts. Therefore, he considered it appropriate to provide an opportunity for other qualified individuals and capacities to contribute at the administrative level, while ensuring the continued development and proper functioning of the various institutional portfolios.
The Agency emphasized that this administrative arrangement forms part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional work, activate qualified human resources, and ensure the continuity and effective development of the authorities and programs operating within the established organizational framework.
