INHR تعلن توسيع إطار التعاون الدولي عبر بوابة شركاء الأمم المتحدة من خلال لجانها المختصة -INHR announces the expansion of its international cooperation framework via the UN partners portal, through its specialized committees.

‎The International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) designates human rights, education, youth, and humanitarian action as key tracks for international cooperation.

‎The International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) has announced plans to expand its institutional and international cooperation by leveraging the mechanisms provided by the UN Partner Portal. This platform enables non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations, and academic institutions to showcase their capabilities and apply for cooperation and partnership opportunities offered by participating UN entities.

‎This move aligns with INHR’s efforts to advance its work in areas such as human rights, education, child protection, youth empowerment, advocacy, humanitarian response, and community development. The agency is also announcing the formation of a 12-member committee in each country to serve as the operational core for the “UN Partner Portal” program.

‎The areas of work that the agency aims to develop through these international cooperation and partnership opportunities include:

‎

‎1. Human Rights and Protection

‎Supporting initiatives and programs related to the protection of human rights and vulnerable groups, safeguarding refugees and displaced persons, and raising awareness of fundamental rights and freedoms.

‎

‎2. Human Rights Education and Training

‎Developing educational and training programs, enhancing knowledge of human rights and international law, and providing programs tailored to students, youth, and professionals in relevant fields.

‎

‎3. Youth and Community Engagement

‎Engaging youth in programs focused on development, peace, dialogue, and citizenship, while building their capacity to participate in both international and local initiatives.

‎

‎

4. Child Protection

‎Supporting initiatives focused on child protection, the right to education, and mitigating risks faced by children in crisis and conflict zones.

‎

‎5. Humanitarian Action and Crisis Response

‎Contributing to humanitarian initiatives addressing affected populations, food security, shelter, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and basic services, in accordance with the nature of each project and the requirements of the partner entity.

‎

‎6. Advocacy and Public Policy

‎Developing initiatives, studies, and programs that raise international awareness of human rights issues, support dialogue on social and development policies, and promote rights-based practices.

‎

‎7. Livelihoods and Community Development

‎Contributing to programs that support local communities, foster skills development, and enhance economic and social participation opportunities for target groups.

‎

‎A Platform for Collaboration, Not Automatic Funding

‎

‎INHR clarifies that an organization’s presence on the UN partner portal, or its use of the portal’s mechanisms, does not automatically guarantee funding, a contract, or a partnership with a UN agency. Each opportunity is subject to evaluation criteria, due diligence processes, and the specific requirements of the relevant UN agency.

‎

‎For institutions and organizations, the portal’s significance lies in providing an institutional pathway to create a unified organizational profile, showcase expertise and capabilities, respond to calls for expressions of interest, and submit project proposals or concepts when agency mechanisms allow. Towards More Effective International Partnerships

‎

‎INHR emphasizes that expanding its presence in international cooperation channels aims to move beyond mere media and awareness-raising activities toward the development of actionable, measurable programs and initiatives in the fields of human rights, education, youth, and humanitarian action.

‎

‎The Agency will also work on developing specialized institutional proposals and dossiers for submission to relevant international bodies, ensuring alignment with the needs of local communities and with humanitarian and development priorities.

‎

‎INHR maintains that effective international partnership is not based solely on data exchange or the announcement of cooperation; rather, it relies on clear objectives, institutional capacity, transparency, due diligence, project feasibility, and the measurement of impact on individuals and society.

‎

‎Accordingly, the International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its relationships with international, UN, and academic institutions, as well as civil society organizations, in a manner that serves the protection of human rights and the promotion of education, peace, development, and community engagement.
