‎أعلنت وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (INHR) عن تلقيها من الممثل الأعلى للشؤون الخارجية للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC) المعتمد لدى الأمم المتحدة بصفة استشارية خاصة لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي (ECOSOC)، ورئيس بعثتها إلى جنيف، الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، قرار ترشيح الإعلامية فتون عباسي لتولي منصب رئيسة هيئة المؤتمرات في جمهورية العراق.

‎وأوضح الدكتور بو سعيد أن هذا المنصب يُعد من المواقع التنظيمية المهمة ضمن الهيكلية الإدارية للوكالة والمجلس، حيث تتولى رئيسة الهيئة مسؤولية الإشراف على تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات والملتقيات العلمية والحقوقية، والتنسيق لإقامة حفلات التكريم والفعاليات الرسمية على أعلى المستويات، بما ينسجم مع رسالة المجلس والوكالة في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان وتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والدولي.

‎وأضاف أن مهام رئيسة هيئة المؤتمرات تشمل أيضاً إعداد الخطط التنفيذية للأنشطة، والتنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية والأكاديمية والإعلامية، ورفع المقترحات والبرامج إلى الإدارة المركزية للوكالة والمجلس من أجل اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ومتابعة تنفيذها وفق الأطر التنظيمية المعتمدة.

‎وأكد الدكتور بو سعيد أن هذا الترشيح يأتي في إطار تعزيز حضور الوكالة في العراق والاستفادة من الكفاءات الإعلامية الوطنية القادرة على تطوير العمل المؤسسي، والمساهمة في تنظيم فعاليات نوعية تعكس رسالة الوكالة والمجلس في خدمة قضايا حقوق الإنسان، وبناء جسور التعاون مع مختلف المؤسسات المحلية والدولية.

‎The International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) announced that it has received from Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, High Representative for External Affairs of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), which holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and Head of its Mission to Geneva, the nomination of journalist Futoon Abbasi to serve as Head of the Conferences Department in Iraq.

‎Dr. Bou-Said stated that this position represents an important organizational role within the Agency and the Council. As Head of the Conferences Department, Ms. Abbasi will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing conferences, seminars, academic forums, and official recognition ceremonies at the highest professional standards, in line with the mission of both INHR and IHRC to promote human rights, dialogue, and international cooperation.

‎He further explained that her responsibilities will include planning and coordinating institutional activities, liaising with governmental, academic, media, and civil society partners, and submitting proposals and operational plans to the central administration of the Agency and the Council for review and implementation in accordance with established institutional procedures.

‎Dr. Bou-Said emphasized that this nomination reflects the Agency’s commitment to strengthening its presence in Iraq by engaging qualified media professionals capable of advancing institutional work and organizing high-level events that support the promotion of human rights and foster constructive cooperation with national, regional, and international institutions.

لا يبدو أن الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب منفتح على “تعددية قطبية” تطمح إليها روسيا والصين وإيران والدول الإقليمية مثل مصر وباكستان ودول الخليج والعالم الثالث وأميركا اللاتينية. وحتى أوروبا الغربية. فلا زالت حساباته الحقيقية هي الاستئثار بالأحادية القطبية وتجديدها وباللاعب الأوحد وتهميش الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن واستتباع أوروبا الغربية وربط دول الناتو بالقرار الأميركي وحده والتحكم بصندوق النقد الدولي والبنك الدولي واليونيسكو واليونيسيف وبالمعابر الدولية والحديقة الخلفية للولايات المتحدة الأميركية الممثلة بدول أميركا اللاتينية وبالشركات المتعددة الجنسية العابرة للحدود وأحد أدوات ترامب الأساسية “الماسونية العالمية” المتغلغلة في مؤسسات الدول قاطبة وتمتلك حضورا في المجتمعات الأهلية والسياسية والمدنية وأحزابها. كما أن فكرة “الأحادية القطبية” واستمرارها لا تستبعد الحروب والحصار والاحتلال كما جرى في فنزويلا وما سيجري مع جزيرة غرينلاند والتحكم بمضيق باناما وإقامة القواعد العسكرية الأميركية ونشر الأساطيل في البحار وحتى استخدام “الأسلحة التكتيكية” كما جرى في مطار بغداد خلال الحرب الأميركية على العراق في مثال يمكن أن يتكرر.
في قمة أنقرة للناتو عبّر الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب عن حرصه على أحادية القطب الأميركية. “الكلمة النهائية” له في سياسات الناتو وتفويض تركيا سياسة احتواء إيران في المنطقة ولبنان ومعها أيضا احتواء سياسة التوسع الإسرائيلي مع حفظ “الدولة العبرية” لحدودها ومع “سلطة فلسطينية” تحمل شكلا اسم الدولة بهدف احتواء الاعتراض الفلسطيني والعربي وتحديدا السعودي. وفي مرامي الرئيس ترامب اختراق “دار الإسلام”. أي بذر توتر ما بين المكوّنات الإسلامية على اختلافها. والسؤال الأساسي المطروح حاليا هل يمضي الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان إلى مغامرات عسكرية من سوريا باتجاه لبنان وهل تحتمل البنية السورية ومكوّناتها مثل هذه المغامرة وماذا تفعل تركيا في هذه الحالة في علاقتها مع أكراد تركيا ومع الطائفة العلوية فيها ومع المعارضة التركية والأرمنية وخصوصا وأن روسيا والصين وإيران هي دول تعترض على مثل هذا التوجه التركي الذي بدأت معالمه تبرز في توجه مجموعات إسلامية متطرفة إلى الحدود مع لبنان تنتظر ضوءا أخضرا تركيا يتلمّس عدم اعتراض الدول الخليجية عليه والتوقيت المناسب. فواشنطن تريد تهدئة جبهة الجنوب وإشغال حزب الله بجبهة أخرى في البقاع وإثارة نزاعات داخلية فيه. هذا ما تستنتجه مصادر ديبلوماسية أوروبية غربية في متابعتها لما جرى في كواليس قمة أنقرة. وفي هذا السياق لا تستبعد هذه المصادر بأن تقدم قوات أميركية برية على محاولة احتلال أراضي إيرانية قليلة السكان والتمركز بها لتوسيع دائرة الضغط الأميركية.
خلط الأوراق هو ما رمى إليه الرئيس ترامب في قمة أنقرة. فالهدف تطويق إيران أمنيا وبأحلاف جديدة وتحريك المعارضة فيها وجذب حلفائها أو تحييدهم. فالرئيس الأميركي تحدّث في أنقرة عن أنه يسعى إلى “حل سلمي” للحرب الروسية-الأوكرانية عبر جمع الرئيسين فلاديمير بوتين وفولوديمير زيلينسكي. ومثل هذه المحاولة تنظر إليها موسكو بريبة وحذر وتحفّظ. إذ هي مصحوبة بعسكرة أوروبا ودعمها لأوكرانيا. فما تريده موسكو مسبقا من واشنطن هو “اعتراف دولي بعودة الأراضي المحررة لروسيا” وتراجع حلف الناتو عن مخططاته التوسعية إضافة إلى “رفع العقوبات المفروضة على روسيا”. هذا ما أدلى به المستشار السياسي لوزارة الخارجية الروسية الباحث الروسي رامي الشاعر الذي شدد على أن “الضامن الحقيقي لأوكرانيا وأوروبا يكمن في التخلي عن أوهام إلحاق هزيمة استراتيجية بروسيا لا في وعود واشنطن وإلى أن ترامب ليس ممثلا للشرعية الدولية بل إن منظمة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن هما المرجعية الوحيدة في هذا الشأن”. ويختم الشاعر كلامه “إن الدور الأميركي يجب أن ينحصر في التوقف الفوري عن التدخل المباشر في جذور الأزمات الخليجية والأوكرانية والعربية-الإسرائيلية”.
وأما التقديرات النهائية المشتركة لكل من روسيا والصين فهي أن الرئيس ترامب أوقع نفسه والعالم في مأزق في حربه على إيران ولا يعرف كيف يخرج منه في محاولة يائسة للحفاظ على “الهيمنة الأحادية”. فتعقيدات أزمة مضيق هرمز ومعها الأزمة الأوكرانية عززت مسار تحول العالم نحو تعددية قطبية فاعلة بدلا من نظام القطبية الأميركية الواحدة. ومعنى هذا الأمر أن موسكو وبكين لن تكونان سندا للرئيس ترامب في المستقبل المنظور. وهذا مؤشر على أن مسار التوترات الدولية سيطول.

‎The International Human Rights News Agency (INHR) inaugurated its new office in the town of Barsa, Koura District, North Lebanon. The office, dedicated to the Family and Child Unit headed by Dr. Maya Ibrahim, is part of INHR’s strategic plan to expand its media and human rights presence and strengthen its engagement with local communities.

‎The new office aims to support the agency’s efforts in monitoring and documenting human rights issues, highlighting humanitarian and social initiatives, and raising awareness of women’s, children’s, and family rights. It also seeks to develop partnerships with official and academic institutions and civil society organizations in service of the principles advocated by international conventions.
‎
‎The opening ceremony was attended by INHR Director Dr. Haitham Bou Said, along with several members of parliament, representatives of ministers, the leadership of the Internal Security Forces, representatives of political parties, mayors and mukhtars, as well as media, human rights, and social figures. In his address, Dr. Haitham Bou Said emphasized that the opening of the office marks a new milestone in the agency’s journey to expand its field presence. This expansion will contribute to reporting events professionally, defending the values ​​of justice and human dignity, and promoting a culture of human rights through responsible media and cooperation with various stakeholders.

‎Dr. Maya Ibrahim, Head of the Family and Child Unit, also delivered a speech, affirming the unit’s commitment to supporting family, women’s, and children’s issues. She highlighted the unit’s dedication to launching awareness, training, and media initiatives that enhance social protection and the rights of the most vulnerable groups, in coordination with local and international organizations.

‎The office will serve as a hub for covering activities in northern Lebanon, receiving complaints and human rights initiatives, and coordinating with local institutions.

‎The opening ceremony concluded with a cocktail reception, providing an opportunity for attendees to exchange views and explore future cooperation in the media, human rights, and humanitarian fields. This collaboration aims to strengthen the agency’s mission of serving humanity and solidifying a culture of human rights.

‎L’Agence internationale de presse pour les droits humains (INHR) a inauguré son nouveau bureau à Barsa, dans le district de Koura, au Liban-Nord. Ce bureau, dédié à l’Unité Famille et Enfance dirigée par la Dre Maya Ibrahim, s’inscrit dans le cadre du plan stratégique de l’INHR visant à renforcer sa présence médiatique et son action en matière de droits humains, ainsi qu’à consolider son engagement auprès des communautés locales.

التقى الممثل الأعلى للشؤون الخارجية للمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (IHRC) المعتمد لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأمم المتحدة (ECOSOC) بصفة استشارية خاصة، ورئيس بعثته إلى جنيف، الدكتور هيثم بو سعيد، برئيس جامعة المدينة في طرابلس د. وليد داغر، بحضور عدد من أعضاء وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والمجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.

‎وتناول اللقاء سبل تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والحقوقي بين الجانبين، ومتابعة تنفيذ البرنامج التربوي المشترك المنبثق عن بروتوكول التعاون الموقع بين جامعة المدينة ووكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، بما يسهم في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان، وترسيخ مبادئ التعليم النوعي، وتطوير المبادرات العلمية والتدريبية الموجهة إلى الطلاب والباحثين

‎كما جرى تبادل الآراء حول آفاق إطلاق برامج وورش عمل متخصصة، وتعزيز الشراكة في المجالات البحثية والتوعوية ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان والتنمية المستدامة، بما يواكب التحديات البيئية والإنسانية الراهنة.

‎وفي ختام الاجتماع، اتفق الطرفان على تنظيم ندوة علمية بعنوان “الحقوق البيئية والتحديات المعاصرة”، وذلك بتاريخ 25 تموز/يوليو 2026 في حرم جامعة المدينة، بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والأكاديميين والمهتمين، بهدف تسليط الضوء على أهمية حماية البيئة باعتبارها جزءاً أساسياً من منظومة حقوق الإنسان، وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية التنمية المستدامة والمسؤولية المشتركة في الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية للأجيال القادمة.

‎The High Representative for External Affairs of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC), accredited with Special Consultative Status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and Head of its Mission to Geneva, Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, met with the President of Al-Madina University in Tripoli Dr. Walid Dagher, in the presence of members of the International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) and the International Human Rights Council.
‎The meeting focused on strengthening academic and human rights cooperation between the two institutions and reviewing the implementation of the educational program established under the cooperation protocol signed between Al-Madina University and the International News Agency for Human Rights. The discussions emphasized the promotion of human rights education, the advancement of quality learning, and the development of joint academic and training initiatives for students and researchers.

‎Both parties also exchanged views on expanding future cooperation through specialized workshops, research activities, and awareness programs addressing contemporary human rights and sustainable development issues, with particular attention to environmental challenges and their impact on communities.

‎At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides agreed to organize an academic seminar entitled “Environmental Rights and Contemporary Challenges” on 25 July 2026 at the campus of Al-Madina University. The seminar will bring together academics, experts, and human rights practitioners to discuss the importance of environmental protection as an integral component of human rights and to promote awareness of sustainable development and shared responsibility for preserving natural resources for future generations.

’’في العام 1989 زار العراق أكثر من وفد أميركي يُمثّل مجلس الشيوخ مع شخصيات اقتصادية وأجروا جولات ميدانية في العراق وزاروا عددا من المنشآت الصناعية العراقية وحينها طرحوا فكرة انشاء مصانع سيارات أميركية في العراق ومشاريع استثمارية أخرى.
في العام 1990 شهر نيسان زار وفد من مجلس الشيوخ بغداد برئاسة روبرت دول والتقى بالرئيس صدام حسين وطلب الأمور الآتية:
أولا: تخفيف مستوى الإنتاج العسكري تمهيدا لايقافه والتوجه نحو الصناعات المدنية والإنفتاح على الاستثمارات الغربية وعلى رأسها الأميركية إن لم تكن حكرا لأميركا فقط، كون الحرب العراقية-الايرانية انتهت ولم يعد حاجة للعسكرة.
ثانيا: اتاحة المجال للحريات الحزبية والثقافية التزاما بالحريات وحقوق الإنسان. وعندها المح المتحدث الاميركي ان واشنطن كانت لا تثير هذا الملف سابقا كون العراق في حالة حرب مفتوحة مع ايران. والآن يجب اعطاء الحريات لعامة الشعب والاقليات بشكل أكبر.
ثالثا: الكف عن تمويل وتسليح الفصائل الفلسطينية كافة والعمل مع اميركا على تحقيق السلام في المنطقة اي مع اسرائيل وعلى اقل تقدير ان لم يسر العراق مع اميركا في هذا العمل فلا يقف ضده.‘‘
ويروي صديقي العراقي ذلك وهو من العارفين بخفايا الأمور كونه كان قريبا جدا من دائرة القرار العراقي بسبب أمرين: ملتزم بعثيا ومحسوب على الرئيس صدام حسين من ناحية والدته وكون والده معاونا رئيسيا له.
والمتابع السياسي لعلاقة الولايات المتحدة الأميركية بالنظام العراقي بعد انتهاء الحرب العراقية-الايرانية يلمس عددا من الأمور التي تحمل وجوها مختلفة. فواشنطن هي من كانت سابقا تحث دول الخليج العربية على تمويل الحرب وإذ بالأنظمة الخليجية تطالب الرئيس صدام حسين بإعادة الأموال كونها ديونا مترتّبة على الدولة العراقية. ومعنى هذا الأمر أن واشنطن كانت تضع رِجلا في العراق والأخرى في الخليج وتضغط على الطرفين في الآن نفسه. وبعد حصول خلاف في التفاوض بين العراق والكويت على استيفاء الديون وعلى المنطقة النفطية المشتركة تكلّمت المبعوثة الأميركية أبريل غلاسبي بما فهمته القيادة العراقية بأنه لا مانع لدى واشنطن من اجتياح الكويت. والسؤال هل كان هذا رأيا شخصيا لغلاسبي أم فخا أميركيا لصدام حسين لاجتياح العراق وإعطاء المبرر لعمليات عسكرية جوية وبحرية تستهدف قواته وتوسّع من هوة العلاقة الخليجية-العراقية ومن مفاقمة الوضع الاقتصادي في العراق عبر الحصار ومصادرة الأموال والأصول العراقية. وفي معاندته لاعتبار اقليم أور مركز الابراهيمية وانطلاقتها واعتراضه على زيارة البابا يوحنا بولس الثاني إلى هذا الاقليم آتيا من اسرائيل.
نطرح هذه الأمور من بوابة كون واشنطن ترمي من خلال مضيق هرمز إلى نوع من إجماع دولي مضاد لتحكّم ايران بالمضيق وإلى إيجاد عوائق في العلاقة الخليجية-الايرانية عبر التعارض في الأهداف والإعتراض على تفرّد ايران في المضيق باعتبار دول الخليج تشترك في المشاطئة وكذلك اعتبار استهداف ايران للقواعد العسكرية الأميركية في تلك الدول اعتداء على سيادتها. ومن هنا ثمة لهجة جديدة أميركية بالتشديد على أن هناك ’’حلفا‘‘ أميركيا خليجيا. وهذه رسالة أميركية لايران لا تعني بتاتا أن واشنطن تريد معاودة الحرب. وإنما سياستها هي مواصلة الضغوط وضرورة التزام ايران بالشراكات الاقتصادية والمالية معها وبمراعاة سياساتها الفلسطينية والابراهيمية وبوقف رهانها على ’’أذرعها العسكرية‘‘ خارج ايران. وفي التوجّه الأميركي الدفع باتجاه منصات اعلامية تركّز على الداخل الايراني واستثمار ’’الهويات الجزئية والاتنية‘‘.
بالطبع ايران بعد الحرب مع الولايات المتحدة الأميركية هي في وضع مختلف عن وضع العراق. إنما هذا لا يحول دون أن تجري مراجعة القيادة الايرانية وتحديدا الجنرال أحمد وحيدي قائد الحرس الثوري للتجربة العراقية التي انتهت بانهيار النظام وتفكيك المؤسسة العسكرية وتعزيز الهويات الجزئية العراقية على حساب الهوية الوطنية الجامعة.

‎The International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR), accredited with the IVRC Delegation, will participate in the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) at a critical stage in advancing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Taking place in the wake of the momentum, this year’s Forum will focus on the review of SDGs 6, 7, 9, and 11, the midterm assessment of the New Urban Agenda, and deliberations on the future direction of the HLPF and ECOSOC. INHR affirms that these global processes underscore the vital role of localizing the Sustainable Development Goals as a key driver for accelerating implementation and achieving the 2030 Agenda.

‎أكّد مدير ورئيس تحرير وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان هيثم بو سعيد، خلال مداخلة مع مدير مكتب الوكالة في القاهرة محمد طعيمة، أن التطورات السياسية والأمنية الأخيرة تستوجب قراءة واقعية ودقيقة، محذّراً من الانزلاق إلى مسار قد يقود إلى تصاعد التوترات واتساع رقعة عدم الاستقرار.

‎وأشار إلى أنه إذا كانت الإدارة المحلية في دمشق تنظر إلى رفع بعض التصنيفات أو الإجراءات الدولية باعتبارها خطوات مجانية أو غير مرتبطة بحسابات المصالح الدولية، فإن ذلك يعكس تقديراً غير دقيق لطبيعة العلاقات الدولية، مؤكداً أن القرارات الكبرى تُبنى عادةً على اعتبارات سياسية واستراتيجية ومصالح متبادلة، وليس على المجاملة.

‎وأضاف أن المؤشرات الحالية توحي ببداية مرحلة جديدة قد تتخذ شكل صراع تدريجي متعدد الأبعاد، يبدأ بأدوات سياسية وإعلامية واقتصادية قبل أن يتحول إلى مواجهات أكثر خطورة إذا لم تُحتوَ الأوضاع، محذراً من أن أي تصعيد قد ينعكس على دول الجوار ويؤثر في مجمل معادلات الأمن والاستقرار في الشرق الأوسط.

‎واختتم بالتأكيد أن المنطقة تحتاج اليوم إلى تغليب الحلول السياسية والحوار، والعمل على منع أي مسار قد يقود إلى مزيد من العنف وسفك الدماء، لما لذلك من تداعيات إنسانية وسياسية وجغرافية واسعة النطاق.

‎The Editor-in-Chief of the International News Agency for Human Rights (INHR) Haissam , during a discussion with the Agency’s Cairo Bureau Chief, Mohammed Taima, stated that the latest political and security developments require a realistic and careful assessment, warning that the region may be entering a phase of escalating instability with potentially far-reaching consequences.

‎He noted that if the local administration in Damascus views the removal of certain international designations or measures as a goodwill gesture rather than the outcome of strategic political calculations, such an assessment would overlook the realities of international relations. Major international decisions, he emphasized, are generally driven by geopolitical interests, negotiations, and reciprocal considerations rather than acts of goodwill.

‎He further stated that current indicators suggest the emergence of a new phase of conflict that could begin through political, media, and economic pressure before gradually evolving into more serious confrontations if left unaddressed. He warned that any further escalation could spread beyond Syria’s borders, affecting neighboring countries and undermining security and stability across the Middle East.

‎He concluded by stressing the urgent need to prioritize political dialogue, diplomatic engagement, and peaceful solutions in order to prevent the region from descending into a wider cycle of violence and bloodshed with profound humanitarian, political, and geopolitical consequences.

‎أعلنت وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، تعيين الدكتور عبدالرحيم ملحم رئيساً لوحدة الوكالة في إيطاليا، وذلك في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى تعزيز التغطية الإخبارية الحقوقية وتوسيع رصد انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في القارة الأوروبية.
‎يأتي هذا التعيين في إطار مساعي الوكالة لتعزيز وجودها الميداني، وضمان تدفق المعلومات الموثوقة حول قضايا الحريات العامة، وحقوق اللاجئين، والعدالة الاجتماعية. وسيعمل الدكتور ملحم على إدارة عمليات الوكالة في إيطاليا، ونقل الصورة الحقيقية للتطورات الحقوقية والسياسية ذات الصلة للمجتمع الدولي.

‎The International News Agency for Human Rights accredited with IHRC held a periodic meeting on July 8, 2026, with the participation of the IHRC High Representative for External Affairs Dr. Haissam Bou Said, Dr. Rami Fawaz (Assistant to Ambassador Bou Said’s office), Mr. AbdelRahim Melhem (Head of the Milano, Italy Unit, responsible for strategic affairs), Mr. Nizar Issa (responsible for political affairs), Ms. Hanan Abu Shuquir, and Ms. Dania Hejazi. The meeting addressed the current and future activities of the International Human Rights Council and the anticipated activities of the members meeting in 2026; including their participation in conferences and seminars at the United Nations in Geneva, The Hague, and New York.

‎La réunion a été présidée par le Dr Haissam Bou Said, Haut Représentant aux Affaires extérieures de l’IHRC, en présence du Dr Rami Fawaz, Assistant du Bureau du Haut Représentant, de M. AbdelRahim Melhem, Chef de l’Unité de Milan (Italie) et Responsable des affaires stratégiques, de M. Nizar Issa, Responsable des affaires politiques, de Mme Hanan Abu Shuquir et de Mme Dania Hejazi.

‎Les participants ont passé en revue les activités actuelles de l’Agence ainsi que les programmes et initiatives futurs du Conseil International des Droits de l’Homme pour l’année 2026. Les échanges ont également porté sur le renforcement de la coordination entre les membres et sur leur participation aux initiatives internationales dans le domaine des droits de l’homme.

‎La réunion a, en outre, examiné les préparatifs relatifs à la participation des membres aux conférences, séminaires et réunions officielles prévus aux Nations Unies à Genève, à La Haye et à New York, dans le but de promouvoir la coopération internationale, de renforcer la présence du Conseil au sein des forums multilatéraux et de soutenir la protection des droits de l’homme.

‎À l’issue de la réunion, les participants ont réaffirmé leur engagement à mettre en œuvre les objectifs stratégiques du Conseil et de l’Agence, à développer les partenariats internationaux et à contribuer activement aux efforts internationaux en faveur de la promotion et de la protection des droits de l’homme.
