‎رأى رئيس المجلس الوطني للإعلام في لبنان السيد عبد الهادي محفوظ أن كارتل شركات العولمة المتعددة الجنسيات ومتفرعاته “التنويرية” وغيرها المختلفة طرف أساسي في تقرير السياسات العالمية الغربية عموماً والأمريكية تحديداً. وفي هذا السياق تبرز العاصمة البريطانية لندن كحلقة الوصل. ففي زيارته التاريخية الأخيرة للمملكة المتحدة تلبية لدعوة من الملك تشارلز الثالث حيث رافقته زوجته ميلانيا اختلى الرئيس ترامب بممثلي شركات العولمة الكبرى بحضور الملك البريطاني حيث تكلم الاثنان عن العلاقات الودية بين بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة الأميركية. وكان هناك كلام لأكبر خمس شركات “عولمة تنويرية” في العالم. ومضمون الكلام كان ضرورة وقف الحرب على غزة وعدم ضم الضفة الغربية من جانب اليمين الديني اليهودي والاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية والحفاظ على اتفاق “سايكس-بيكو”. وجاء في مداخلة الشركات وفي توجيه الكلام مباشرة الى الرئيس ترامب أن اتفاق “سايكس-بيكو” أسس “بيتا لليهود” (إسرائيل) بناء على طلبهم وأنشأ الغرب لهم هذا “البيت”. أما السياسات التي يدعو إليها نتنياهو وفريقه المتطرف دينياً فهي التوسع جغرافياً باتجاه عمق الداخل العربي واحتلال “بيوت الآخرين”. وهذا أمر مخالف للرأي العام الدولي والغربي ولميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومستفز للمشاعر العربية والإسلامية. وبالفعل في اليوم التالي لزيارة الرئيس ترامب إلى لندن اعترفت بريطانيا بالدولة الفلسطينية وكرت سبحة الاعترافات الدولية بها. وكان هناك دور ديبلوماسي خفي بهذه الاعترافات لولي العهد سمو الأمير محمد بن سلمان على ما أسر به قبل شهرين السفير السعودي في لبنان وليد البخاري في اجتماع له مع اللقاء التشاوري للنخب في المحافظات لم يعلن عنه وقتها حيث اعتبر السفير أن الأولوية السعودية هي للسلام.

‎وأضاف ان هناك تحولات كبرى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وهذه التحولات هي على حساب القوى الدينية المتطرفة على اختلافها إسلامية ومسيحية ويهودية. ومن يريد أن يكون لاعباً في المنطقة عليه أن يكون جزءاً من هذه التحولات. وقد نجح الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب في إجراء اتفاق غزة وفي حل سلمي لها وفي النتيجة ضمان تبادل الأسرى. وهذه نقطة أساسية جعلت من الإدارة الأميركية عنصراً مقرراً وحاسماً في إسرائيل وفي تغيير موازين القوى داخلها وفي إضعاف اليمين الديني اليهودي والمستوطنين. أيضاً في حماية “البيت اليهودي” أي إسرائيل الحالية. كما أصبح البيت الأبيض متمكناً من صياغة إدارة غزة فلسطينياً ومن إعادة إعمارها والاستثمار في النفط والغاز في بحرها. وأيضاً نجح الرئيس ترامب في صياغة “العالم الابراهيمي” وسياسات التطبيع فيه وفقاً للحسابات الأميركية لا وفقاً لتصور نتنياهو والحكومة الإسرائيلية في إدارة شؤون المنطقة. وكذلك نجح الرئيس ترامب في تحييد إيران وفي كسبها في أن تكون لاعباً إقليمياً في المنطقة في كنف المظلة الأميركية لا خارجها وبالتالي أصبح الباب الأميركي مفتوحاً بين واشنطن وطهران حول الملف النووي وسلاح حزب الله وحدود النفوذ الإيراني. إنما قد يسبق ذلك عمليات إسرائيلية عسكرية في الجنوب اللبناني والبقاع تغطية لمشروع الانكفاء الإسرائيلي والإيحاء بوحدة المجتمع الإسرائيلي المنقسم والذي سيزداد انقساماً.

‎وختام  انه يجب تكريس دور أساسي في المنطقة للمملكة العربية السعودية وتحديدا لولي العهد فيها سمو الأمير محمد بن سلمان. وأما لبنان فلن يكون خارج التحولات بل سيكون بعد سنة المنصة الأميركية لإدارة شؤون المنطقة. ومن الممكن أن تكون واشنطن هي العامل الحاسم لإعادة أموال المودعين في سعي منها لكسب الرأي العام اللبناني بمختلف مكوناته وأيضاً لحل مشكلة المتقاعدين ومواجهة المافيات المتعددة والمحمية والأرجح أن لبنان سيكون له دور محوري في المصارف والإعلام وعالم الخدمات وسيستعيد حضوره… ولكن هناك أكلافاً على الطبقة السياسية قد تستدعي تغييرات ما مفاجئة.

‎Mr. Abdel Hadi Mahfouz, head of the National Media Council in Lebanon, believes that the cartel of multinational globalization companies and its various “Enlightened” offshoots and others are a key player in shaping Western global policies in general and American ones in particular. In this context, the British capital, London, stands out as the connecting link. During his recent historic visit to the United Kingdom at the invitation of King Charles III, accompanied by his wife, Melania, President Trump met with representatives of major globalization companies in the presence of the British monarch. The two spoke about the friendly relations between Britain and the United States. The five largest “Enlightened Globalization” companies in the world also spoke. The content of the speech focused on the need to stop the war on Gaza, prevent the annexation of the West Bank by the Jewish religious right, recognize the Palestinian state, and preserve the Sykes-Picot Agreement. Addressing President Trump directly, the companies’ interventions stated that the Sykes-Picot Agreement established a “home for the Jews” (Israel) at their request, and that the West had created this “home” for them. The policies advocated by Netanyahu and his religiously extremist team are geographic expansion deep into the Arab world and the occupation of “other people’s homes.” This is contrary to international and Western public opinion, the UN Charter, and is provocative to Arab and Islamic sentiments. Indeed, the day after President Trump’s visit to London, Britain recognized the Palestinian state, marking a new wave of international recognition. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman played a hidden diplomatic role in these recognitions, as revealed two months ago by the Saudi ambassador to Lebanon, Walid Bukhari, in a meeting with the Consultative Meeting of Elites in the Governorates, which was not announced at the time. The ambassador considered that Saudi Arabia’s priority is peace. He added that major transformations are taking place in the Middle East, and these transformations are at the expense of extremist religious forces, be they Islamic, Christian, or Jewish. Anyone who wants to be a player in the region must be part of these transformations. US President Donald Trump succeeded in achieving the Gaza agreement, achieving a peaceful solution, and ultimately ensuring a prisoner exchange. This is a fundamental point that has made the US administration a decisive and decisive factor in Israel, changing the balance of power within it and weakening the Jewish religious right and the settlers. It has also been instrumental in protecting the “Jewish Home,” i.e., present-day Israel. The White House has also become capable of shaping the Palestinian administration of Gaza, its reconstruction, and investment in offshore oil and gas. President Trump has also succeeded in shaping the “Abrahamic world” and its normalization policies in accordance with American calculations, not Netanyahu’s and the Israeli government’s vision for managing regional affairs. President Trump has also succeeded in neutralizing Iran and winning it over to become a regional player within the American umbrella, not outside it. Consequently, the American door has become open between Washington and Tehran regarding the nuclear issue, Hezbollah’s weapons, and the limits of Iranian influence. However, this may be preceded by Israeli military operations in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley, as a cover for Israel’s project of withdrawal and to suggest unity in a divided Israeli society that will only become more divided.

‎In conclusion, a fundamental role in the region must be dedicated to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically to its Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman. As for Lebanon, it will not be immune to these transformations. Rather, within a year, it will become the American platform for managing regional affairs. Washington may be the decisive factor in returning depositors’ funds, in an effort to win over Lebanese public opinion across its various components, as well as to resolve the issue of retirees and confront the multiple, protected mafias. Lebanon will likely play a pivotal role in banking, the media, and the services sector, and will regain its presence. However, there are costs to the political class that may require some sudden changes.

‎أعلنت وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أنه في 13 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2025، عُقد اجتماع مع أعضاء فريقي، سفير اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، الدكتور هيثم بوسعيد، ورئيس قسم نموذج الأمم المتحدة، الدكتور محمد سلطان، لضمان الفهم الكامل لجميع الجوانب والتفاصيل المتعلقة بفعالية نموذج الأمم المتحدة القادمة والتنسيق السليم لها.

‎ثم عُقد اجتماع متابعة مع فريقي لتقسيم مسؤوليات الترويج لهذه الفعالية المهمة.

‎International News Agency for Human Rights announced that On October 13th, 2025,  a meeting was held with the members of my team, the Ambassador of the IHRC, Dr. Haissam Bou Said, and the Head of the MUN Division, Dr. Mohamad Sultan, to ensure that all aspects and details related to the upcoming MUN event were fully understood and properly coordinated.

‎Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, High Representative of the International Human Rights Council, accredited in a special capacity to the United Nations (ECOSOC) and Head of its Mission to Geneva, stated that Syria’s interim authority has not shown genuine seriousness in abandoning the takfiri jihadist ideology that has devastated the Middle East.

‎Dr. Bou-Said warned that the superficial invocation of religion to justify the gravest forms of violence against humanity endangers the future of the Syrian people and will lead to further fragmentation and suffering. He noted that recent conferences and public relations efforts by the interim authority risk being mere public relations exercises that will be exposed over time.

‎He concluded by cautioning that the people will inevitably bear the heavy price of such policies, calling on the international community and human rights organizations to closely monitor developments and take the necessary measures to protect civilians and curb the escalation of abuses.

‎A preparatory meeting was held at the office of the International Human Rights Council in Ankara, chaired by Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, High Representative of the Council accredited by the United Nations (ECOSOC) and Head of its Mission to Geneva and INHR- Director/Chief Editor.

‎The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammad Sultan, Mr. Mazen Kassha, and Mr. Naif Al-Nazer, during which discussions focused on the mechanisms for launching the International Human Rights News Agency (INHR) in Turkey, and on outlining its organizational and media framework.

‎Mr. Mazen Kassha was assigned to follow up on this matter between Ankara and Istanbul and to prepare a detailed progress report within one month, to be presented to Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, Head of the Council’s Mission to Geneva.

Deputy Minister of Energy, Mr. Abdullah Tungen, received the High Representative of the International Human Rights Council, accredited with UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status, Amb. Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, at the ministry’s office in Ankara. The meeting was attended by Mr. Abdul Qader Surmeli, the official representative of the Council in Turkey, Dr. Mohammed Sultan, the coordinator of the Model United Nations in Lebanon, and members of the International News Agency’s Turkey office.
Mr. Tungen began by welcoming the attendees, praising the opening of the Council’s office in Ankara. Ambassador Boussaid spoke about the Council’s role in Turkey and its vision to support youth energies, expressing his hope for continued cooperation with the relevant ministries.
In conclusion, Dr. Bou-Said presented a symbolic gift to Mr. Abdullah Tungen.

تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين المجلس الدولي لحقوق الانسان IHRC المعتمد بصفة خاصة في الامم المتحدة ecosoc ممثلا بالممثل الاعلى للمجلس ورئيس بعثته الى جنيف الدكتور هيثم بوسعيد  وبين السيد عبد القادر سورملي ليكون ممثل المجلس في تركيا وجرى التوقيع في مكتب المجلس بالعاصمة التركية انقرة بحضور الاعضاء المرشحون لعضوية المجلس في تركيا وفريق من الاعضاء بالمجلس من لبنان .

The International Human Rights Council (IHRC), accredited with special consultative status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Ankara, Turkey, between Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, the IHRC’s High Representative for External Affairs and Head of Mission to Geneva, and Mr. Abdelkader Sormali, who has been officially appointed as the Council’s Representative in Turkey.

The signing ceremony took place at the IHRC office in the Turkish capital, in the presence of newly nominated members of the Council in Turkey, as well as a delegation of IHRC members from Lebanon.

The event began with remarks by Dr. Mohammad Sultan, Coordinator of Relations between the IHRC and the Turkey Office, who highlighted the importance of engaging youth capacities in human rights education and simulation initiatives, particularly within the framework of the Model United Nations (MUN).

Following his statement, Ambassador Dr. Haissam Bou-Said delivered a speech outlining the Council’s global vision and its cooperation with UN agencies and governments, emphasizing the IHRC’s mission to promote human rights through dialogue, partnership, and academic empowerment.

For his part, Mr. Abdelkader Sormali expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Bou-Said for his trust and presence, affirming his commitment to advancing the Council’s programs in Turkey and strengthening international collaboration in the human rights field.

In the second part of the ceremony, a second Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, Mr. Abdelkader Sormali, and Smart Intel Educational Company, represented by its founder Dr. Mohammad Sultan, who also serves as Head of the MUN Commission of the IHRC in Lebanon.

This agreement aims to enhance academic and educational cooperation, particularly in developing and expanding Model United Nations (MUN) training programs and initiatives.

The ceremony concluded with the official photo session, marking a new step in strengthening international and academic partnerships under the umbrella of the International Human Rights Council (IHRC).

‎Dr. Bou-Said noted that these attacks are not the first of their kind, stressing that they must come to an immediate end and that those responsible should be held accountable under international law, as such actions constitute a blatant violation of international conventions and relevant UN resolutions.
